Strategy
The merger of Lion Nathan and National Foods meant that FY10 was a year of change for many of our people. As a result, we devoted time communicating with them to provide an understanding of what the change meant for them and the opportunities created for them and for our business. We reinforced LNNF’s Alignment Model (below) to embed a common sense of purpose and held numerous information sessions to help familiarise them with the brands and business activities that were new to them. We focused on building our leadership capability across the business and developing people in their roles so we can continue to build a constructive culture, essential to a successful organisation.
