Growing capability
Developing strong leaders and providing the tools to help them effectively deliver in their roles is critical to building an achievement culture. In FY10, 920 people participated in our New Leader Endeavour, Authentic Leadership and Coaching to Make a Difference programs. We have a highly skilled team dedicated to building sales and marketing capability, with 930 people participating in programs to build this capability.
In operations, our LNNF MEX (Manufacturing Excellence) vision is for an agile, low-cost, integrated food and beverage supply chain, recognised for its ability to engage people in continuously improving value for our customers. Around 1,300 people attended between two and three days of MEX training, which equates to well over 1,600 people days.
